SmartBank complies with the European RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
In addition, for Vehicular use:
SmartBank Standard and SmartBank Advanced have been assessed in accordance with the requirements of 72/245/EEC by an approved body and both received Annex III C attestations by that approved body that the products are not immunity related and are therefore exempt from e-marking requirements under 2004/104/EEC. Annex IIIC Declaration
SmartBank Standard and SmartBank Advanced have both been tested in accordance with ISO-7637-2 to the most stringent pulse, voltage and time limits. Both units passed all tests without restrictions or conditions.
